What membership gives you

• A vote at the general meeting and a say in priorities
• Early registration for events with limited places
• The members' chat, and news before anyone else
• A certificate of your volunteer hours
• A volunteer shirt for work days and events
• Discounts at partner businesses

Membership fee

• 5 € a month or 60 € per membership year.
• People who join in 2026 pay 50 € for the first year.
• Family members (spouse or partner, and children in the same household) pay 20 % less, 40 € in 2026.
• Without money: take part in at least two community work days during the membership year, or contribute property, equipment or expenses for them worth at least 50 €, or look after at least 20 trees in the grove for the year (watering, mulching, protecting saplings), and you are exempt for that year.
• A partner organisation may nominate one member who pays no fee.
• There is no joining fee. All members have equal rights, however their fee is settled.

How to join

1. You can join from the age of 16; under 18 with a legal guardian's consent.
2. Fill in the application. You need a recommendation from at least one member, which may be given orally. If you do not know any members, write to info@soekoht.com.
3. Sign the application: digitally (ID card, Mobile-ID, Smart-ID) and send it to info@soekoht.com, or on paper and hand it to the board. You can download it with your details as soon as you send the form.
4. The board decides within a month of receiving the signed application and lets you know by e-mail.
5. If the board turns the application down, we refund any fee you paid.
